A Caring Place Preschool is seeking a caring, energetic, and upbeat individual to work with children. We are currently seeking a Infant Toddler Caregiver or Aide. The Infant Toddler Caregiver/Aide works with children ages 6 weeks to 2 years. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. All applicants are subject to criminal history background checks and must register with the Department of Human Services Early Childhood Registry. All applicants must be CPR & First Aide certified and be able to complete 16 hours of Health and Safety Training within one year of employment and annually there after.

Infant Toddler Aide Must have:

High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience working in an Infant Toddler Center.

Infant Toddler Caregiver Must have:

Option 1 - High School Diploma/Equivalent; 12 credits approved early childhood courses; 30 hours approved infant/toddler training; 12 months full time experience working with children under 36 months in a licensed group care setting

or

Option 2- High School Diploma/Equivalent; 30 hours approved infant/toddler training ; 24 months full time experience working with children under 36 months in a licensed group care setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
